Pricing is based on three main factors: the number of users, the amount of data storage required, and the duration of your project. We offer four pre-built packages to cover most requirements, but we can also create a custom quote for your specific needs.
Yes. You can upgrade your plan at any time to access more users, additional storage, or advanced features. Our team will guide you through the upgrade process with minimal disruption to your active data room.
We offer same-day setup for all virtual data rooms, provided your order is received before 1pm. Your data room will be live and ready for document upload the same day.
Absolutely. All documents are encrypted at rest and during transfer using military-grade algorithms. Access is controlled by permission-based rules, and a full audit trail records every document viewed or downloaded showing exactly who accessed what and when.
Yes. Our Enterprise plan is flexible and can be tailored to your exact requirements including custom storage limits, bespoke branding, dedicated account management, and advanced workflow modules. Contact our team to discuss a custom solution.
All plans include email support and integrated chat. Business Standard and above include phone support. Business Pro and Enterprise plans include a dedicated account manager. Support is available both during and outside normal office hours.
