Once you have added your documents to the dataroom, you will want to notify your users that the system is ready to use and to provide them with their access details.
The best way to do this is to ask your users to register, sending them to a registration page where they will be asked to enter the dataroom name and unique pincode before they are asked to digitally sign the terms and conditions of dataroom use and confidentiality agreement.
Once they have done this they will be emailed their login details.
Please note that as an extra security measure we recommend that new users should not be given any access rights to the documents until the dataroom administrator has assigned each member to a user group - in the Document Vault data room user groups are used to define the access rights to folders and documents.
